A very interesting work shop Pablo Antoli, a studio photographer who specialises in food photography, This work is very beautiful and though out the work shop he gave very useful hints and tips to make life easier when shooting or assisting.

He talked about shooting lightly too light was there is more detail in high light than shadow. This is a really interesting tip that could help me when I'm struggling to light darker areas of a product.
